4. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Ghana cedis (GHS), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors.
Any delivery charges or other applicable fees will be disclosed during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to update product prices. A price change will not automatically alter an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction or other adjustment is lawfully necessary and communicated to the customer.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order confirmation or payment notification acknowledges receipt of your order details or payment; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

Nationwide delivery availability does not necessarily mean that every location has the same delivery time or fee.
8. Returns, Replacements and Store Coupons
All returns, replacement requests, and change-of-mind requests are governed by our separate Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy.
AGA Luxury Beauty does not offer cash refunds under its standard policy. Eligible incorrect-product claims may qualify for a replacement, while approved change-of-mind returns may qualify for a store coupon equivalent to the approved product value.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, and applicable product-condition requirements must be met.

9. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reading product labels, ingredient lists, usage instructions, warnings, and any other relevant information before using a product.
